ok so my nails are kind of week and ive herd even if your not pregnant you should take prenatal vitamin tablets to make them strong.. is this true? and how old do you have to be to take them and do they come in chewable ones as im rubbish at swallowing.

and any remedies i can try out to keep my nails strong and looking healthy… how much milk can you drink in one day without over dousing in calcium?

and any other tips for getting strong nails!

alright, there are speciall clear nailpolishs that make your nails strong, you put it on and then wahhlaaaa they make your nails strong.

Making the Smurfs:
Do a search for “smurfs” and find pictures that you like. Preferably ones with a white background. Save those pictures to your computer and resize them with a photo editing software. Or you can insert them into Microsoft Word and just resize them from there. Make them small enough to fit on your nail and print them out. Cut around all the parts you plan to stick on your nail but leave some overhang so it’s easier to put on the nail. Use my video as an example from here on.

For mature women, no fancy designs. (That is for kids) Just well shaped nails and a solid warm color (such as red)
