How to get and maintain strong nails?
My nails are normal and don’t break often but they have recently started to peel. How can I make them strong and keep them that way?
Calcium is the answer. Milk and yoghurt help nails keep stronger.
I drink milk everyday.
I also put nailpolish on which doesn’t affect the nails. However, cheap nail polish does.

ideas for nail designs on short nails?
my nails are almost as long as the tips of my fingers so pretty short. i have just got them all even and want a cute simple design.
i have lots of nude and pink tones of nail polish. a few purples and dark reds and greys.
any ideas please?
I think a perfect sparkly nail polish is cute! If you can paint your nails perfectly, solid colors are gorgeous!
Oh and letters that spell somthing our are super cute!
I suggest pink and then black letters… spell out L O V E and then a heart on your thumb!

I purchased an acrylic nail art kit to use over gel nails?
Do I create the nail and finish it right to the end including wiping off the inhibition layer from the top coat and then paint the nail and cover it with an enamel top coat?
Or…can I paint onto the sticky layer of the builder layer and then top coat the whole nail and acrylic paint with gel top coat? Will the top coat stick to the acrylic nail art paint?
